2 Doubts about citra and Yuzu

1 - How to start a new save of pokemon games? since it does not have New Game after 1 started.

2- Did I see that those who are responsible for the YUZU (Nintendo Switch) are updating website? because the biggest of the games still appears as incompatible … and November will be launching Pokemon Sword & Shield …

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  1. Hold Up X and B on the title screen
  2. Expecting an emulator to play a brand new game this soon into the console’s lifespan isn’t really realistic. The fact we have a switch emu at all this soon is pretty incredible.

1 - You can right click the game in the Citra window, select “open save data location” and delete the files in there. Next time you launch the game it’ll treat it as if it were your first time launching the game, you can also use this method if you’d like to edit your savegame with PKHex or something.

2 - Yuzu is still getting updates whenever they are ready to be distributed, but it should not be expected to run every Switch game perfectly. It’ll be at least a few months before it can start reliably running some of the bigger games properly, especially new releases such as Pokemon Sword & Shield. It’s still a very new emulator.
