3d renders not working (Miracle Mask)

Issue:
Well, I’m new to Citra and decided to use it on android. The problem is that when I launch Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, the game just has weird behaviors when a 3d model is displayed on screen. Cinematic just works but when the first one is finished, some buttons are blinking or then when a 3d cinematic takes place, it just lags at 5 fps and half-renders in black. Here are screenshots of the weird thing happening:

  • Device: Huawei P30 Lite
  • Operating System: Android/EMUI
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): lastest
  • Game: Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask

Driver bugs are to be expected with Mali GPUs and OpenGL rendering. You’ll need to wait for Vulkan to get released for this to get “fixed”.
