3D(?) Scenes in Pokemon X Are Mostly Black

As you can hopefully see below, the scene is completely black except for the sky and the two characters in the scene. I included a screenshot of a Pokemon X walkthrough to show what it should look like as well. I just downloaded this version of Citra so I don’t think that’s the issue, so it might be an issue with my computer.

I have run Citra on another (actually less powerful) computer before and games like Pokemon Ultra Sun, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, and even Pokemon X ran pretty much perfectly (I don’t remember if I had the same issue in Pokemon x that I’m writing about here) so I think there might be something wrong with this computer.

I’ve tried toggling all of the Graphics checkboxes in the Advanced section in all the possible combinations and nothing changed. If it helps, when all 4 boxes were checked, the game video and audio started to lag as soon as this 3D (I’m not actually sure if this is called a 3D scene, it’s just different from the normal overworld gameplay) scene started to play. It was fine before that except for a little lag at startup.
