3DS Homebrew apps won't play music

Issue:
Homebrew SoundExample3DS-master and other homebrew what used his code won’t play music, but on real 3DS Hardware, it does!

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

Those games use the CSND audio backend, which is currently pretty close to being implemented.
