Your log file didn’t record the error. Make sure you encounter the problem, then shut down the Citra app, make sure to not start it back up again and then upload your log file.

If you restart the app before uploading the log file, the log file gets wiped.

@Swong-bot and @Anuar_JM You both have corrupted ROMs, you’ll need to redump. Please refer to our Game Dumping Guides:

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

I’m a bit confused. The screenshot you uploaded doesn’t appear to match your log file. Are you sure your log file was generated from the same system that your screenshot came from?
