.AAC and .AIFF Support?

Is there support of said files?

First off: if you’re asking for that because you want to run Pokemon X/Y, stop right here. That’s not how audio emulation works.
Sure, the games do use .aac, but the actual issue is because of unimplemented audio functions.
One dev actually managed to figure out the problem, and it’s going to take a while before it’s done.
