Diagnostic Log
Upload your log file as an attachment by dragging & dropping.

In order to save a copy of the log, follow this guide:
https://community.citra-emu.org/t/how-to-upload-the-log-file/296

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

Head to:
Internal Storage\citra-emu\sdmc\Nintendo 3DS\00000000000000000000000000000000\00000000000000000000000000000000\title\00040000
Inside the 00040000 folder will be (a) folder(s) that have your game’s titleID as their name. There’ll be a titleID folder here for every game that you have a save file for (that you have launched on this Citra version). The save data should be inside their titleID folder (sometimes a little deeper inside of it).

If you don’t know what titleID your game is, you can look them up here: http://www.3dsdb.com/
Your save file folder should be named after the 8 last characters of your game’s titleID. For example, Pokemon Moon’s save file folder would be named 00175E00, because those are the last 8 characters of it’s full titleID: 0004000000175E00

Hello, i had an error and you replied to my email, it says i can’t send emails to your address anymore for some reason. You told me to get my saves and put them into states folder. I did that, but now what?
