CITRA FINALLY HAS MICROPHONE SUPPORT! JUST ENABLE IT IN THE AUDIO SETTINGS IN THE LATEST CANARY BUILD.
When will the microphone be implemented? Does anyone know something? Thanks.
i worked on it, its about 90% done, but its currently still not functional. I have a suspicion about whats wrong with my code for it, but its a hard thing to fix, and I started working on other issues instead.

I said this because having a microphone into the emulator would be essential, because of the games in which they need it since there are people who don’t have 3ds and can’t load a saved game to the emulator. I hope you can fix the problem some day and thank you for working to improve it. Thanks for the reply.
You need a 3DS to run Citra legally, so that’s not an issue.
