ACNL Freezes and restarts my laptop

Issue: Citra wont run my acnl welcome amiibo. it freezes and restarts my computer too :frowning:
i have been having this issue for since the middle of march. Eveytime i try to open and play acnl my game just freezes and restarts my laptop. I’ve tried restarding my laptop, deleting citra and acnl and reinstalling it but it still freezes and restarts my laptop everytime. it works perfectly with my pokemon sun, but on acnl it just doesnt. :frowning: help pleaseeee

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

Try turn off Disk Shader Cache in the graphics options in Citra. It causes issues for some users with some games at the moment.
