Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

I have tried before
It fails to setup

GPU Driver Version: Build

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download from
direct link:

then follow this guide to install it:

Download and install this:

I have tried to follow this [] to install
but unfortunately none of the model works (from intel® HDGraphics to intel®iris™ Pro Graphics P6300) showing that they are not supportive of my version of computer
also it gives a warning every time when i press next
so what s wrong with that should i straightly download and install the second one ?

You missed the detail about clicking “Have Disk” in the guide :stuck_out_tongue:

Please double check or even triple check that you are 100% following it.

(from your screenshot).

yes i have double check it
clicking “Have Disk” is the previous step before to browse ‘igdlh64’

my problem (i guess)my computer cant install the driver (the direct link that you gave me)
so is there other way

You aren’t following the guide 100%. The guide has proven to work for hundreds of other users. If needed, take screenshots for each step you take and maybe I can spot where you are doing wrong. Now you click on Browse then navigate where you extracted win64_15.40.45.5126 and open its Graphics folder then select the .ini inside.

I gave you compatible drivers, trust me :stuck_out_tongue:

me again… (since there s limitation of uploading photo i ll split my steps to few posts)
i follow the guide again still get same result so i decide to screenshot my step
first extract the win64_15.40.45.5126 to a new folder

second open device manger and find display adapter
third click properties and click change setting (because i m not the administrator)

forth click update driver

then click [browse…] and [let me pick…]

after that click have disk and navigate the igdlh64.inf and open it

lastly all the models
when i click next , a warning appears saying that ’ not recommended because window cannot verify that it is compatible with your hardware…’
even when i click yes
it ll eventually encounter a problem during installing
and it happens to all the models

and that s what i have done

The list doesn’t have Intel HD 4400?

Maybe you have the same issue as this user:

Try this zip instead, as it’s for Windows 7/8.1 specifically:

thx god it works!

so my next step is install the VC_redist.x64 right?

I would reboot the computer first to verify it’s 5117. (Start -> Restart). Do not pick Shutdown :stuck_out_tongue: (why? because Restart specifically reloads drivers).

yes i know and i ve done !

now i going to install the VC_redist.x64

Great! I hope it works, and thanks for testing 5117, I will keep that in mind when helping others

I’m not sure if this will be a problem but if you experience that the driver somehow reverts to an older version you might need to do this:

it s me again (my previous account used up all reply for the first= =)

i wish it is the the end but … um the error pop out within 5 mins …
oh lord…
after update the citra and restart the computer … it happens again…
i have nothing to say …
