Aikatsu DLC problem (without 3DS)

Issue:
I’m trying to download Aikatsu DLC then this happens. How to fix it?
(P.S. - I don’t have a 3ds.)

Then you have, and had, no legal way to obtain this DLC you’re trying to install. We cannot aid pirates.
