All games crash after compiling shaders (flatpak, Linux Fedora 32)

All games crash after compiling shaders in the flatpak version of Citra. Effects both nightly and canary versions. Nightly worked great before the last few updates. ( maybe 3-5 nightly updates?? ) I assume problem is with flatpak versions, because the builds from github work.

Seems like I have the same problem as this person. But on Fedora.

I reinstalled Citra, two times to confirm it was not a download issue. And deleted the “citra-emu” folder in .local/share. The problem persists.
