Please try a portable build, see if its an issue with your Citra installation:
Go to Download Citra - Citra and select Manual download .
Then under Nightly Build , click on your operating system’s icon to the right of the latest build available to download the build.
Extract it (.7z can be extracted using Winrar or 7zip) and put it where ever you wish. Inside the extracted nightly-mingw folder, create a folder called user . This Citra should now store all of its config, save files and such inside of this user folder. Check to make sure that this user folder is in the same folder that contains citra-qt(.exe)
Now run the citra-qt executable found inside of the mingw folder.

This seemed to work. What does this mean?

Though if I run the normal citra launcher it runs at 10% speed and 3 fps

So it worked and now its back to crashing on opening any game

Are you still using the portable build? If so, send another log file

Yes

here is the log

Please open the citra-qt.exe file as administrator, right click on the .exe and click “Run as Administrator”. Then test your games again, along with closing Citra at least once, running as administrator again and testing yet again.

Did this several times still just closes on opening games

Try reinstalling your graphics drivers, may be an issue with that.
Make sure to select a “clean install” when redownloading.

Did a clean graphic driver install and ran as admin again still closes after selecting any game. I tried a reinstall of nightly with same issues
