All the games that i have tried has very low performance on the emulator, i dont know why because my configuration is the best and all my drivers are updated

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
- The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.
I understand the possible slowdowns due to AMD but this is too much, the games are completly unplayable
You could try dual boot Linux (e.g Ubuntu), you will have better performance there.
Your APU isn’t that fast, Citra recommends a score of ~1800 or better at https://www.cpubenchmark.net/singleThread.html, yours only scores 1174. However the major bottleneck right now is the drivers.
A guy with a Ryzen 5 3500U only had ~10fps in MH4U (with 30fps cap code) and when he installed Ubuntu he was getting over 30fps.
