Good people, I have a question about the acceleration of games in Citra. I know that by pressing the + - signs I can increase or decrease speed but I would like to know if there is any command or I can assign it to a key so that I can hold the SHIFT for example and accelerate as happens in Desmume, help pls and thank you!

Shift, in desmume, is used for frameskipping, if I recall correctly. Citra cannot do that. However, you can assign a global speed, and a per-game speed, and the use a hotkey to switch between the two. Which can produce a similar result.
Basically, right click on your game in Citra’s game list, set a custom Emulation Speed here to whatever you want your speed-up to be. Then press Ok, and go to Emulation>Configure>General
and set the Emulation speed here to 100% (if it isn’t already). Lastly, go to Emulation>Configure>Controls>Hotkey Tab
and set the “Toggle Per-game Speed” to whatever button you want your speed-up to be. Now you can use that button to switch between your normal and sped-up speeds.
