Got an rx 570, downloaded the latest drivers. I’m trying to use vulkan since It’s better for amd users but it just shows the “error occured intializing the video core”. I tried OpenGL but I get low fps and the characters have a visual glitch (there is like lines on the character".

You just have an outdated driver. Install the latest 20.12.1.

AMD has problems with download, only solution is to get it from hear.
