An error occured when installing Yuzu

Hi guys. When I open the installer it gives me this as an error:

yuzu Installer

Failed to complete framework shutdown - Unable to start application: Os { code: 2, kind: NotFound, message: “Het systeem kan het opgegeven bestand niet vinden.” }

Please upload the log file (in C:\Users\Games\AppData\Local\yuzu) to the yuzu team

The log file is empty so i can’t upload it. But the yuzu_installer files works

i have deleted all virus scanners and restarted my computer but it still doesnt work
