Analog stick too sensitive

I am playing Ever Oasis, unsupported in compatibility, but so far very playable. The only issues I’ve found are a graphic glitch in Ocean Necropolis during the boss fight (silhouette of boss imposed over battle, still beatable) and minor sound transfer glitches, nothing bad. However my analog stick is too sensitive to walk my character always runs. and I need to walk slow to catch an NPC. I have read up on this and have tried setting circle pad with set analog button, before asking here. It has no effect. Thank you for any insight.:

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

You forgot to start the game before uploading the log :stuck_out_tongue:
I think you will need to change sensitivity in a 3rd party software. I know UCR can do this in conjunction with vjoy.

Ah, very sorry I had an idea it needed something else. Otherwise I’ve had very minor issues. I will try that, thank you for responding so quickly

So I tried UCR and vjoy, sadly those are for windows. I tried USB Overdrive to no avail. Seems there is no mapping software I can find for adjusting analog stick sensitivity so if I only barely push a direction on the analog stick a tiny bit, the character walks instead of running.

I figured it out for anyone having this problem In the Citra preferences panel/controls in the bottom right is a MISC. box. there is a box marked circle mod. Set this to a keyboard key. Hold down this key while moving with gamepad, character will walk instead of running.
