Animal Crossing New Leaf Unable to Save Data and Not Identifying Update

Issue:
Basically, I wanted to play AC:NL and with that, downloaded the update. But, as soon as i planted the tree in the town hall, it appeared that it was “unable to save data” and later appeared that “in order to play, i needed to download the lastest update in Nintendo eShop”. How do I Fix that?

Take a screenshot of the title screen. So we can verify your game version.

GPU Driver Version: Build 10.18.14.4264

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Since you have an old GPU you might need to turn off Disk Shader Cache and Accurate Multiplication.

I updated the drivers, thank you for the help!
In the meantime, I downloaded a version which has the Welcome Amiibo Pre-Installed, but either way, it’s still unable to save data!!
