I know that this problem is solved by saving the game in the previous version, my doubt is that I do not know how to see which version was before updating

Hello, this is why we don’t recommend relying only on save states. We don’t guarantee that save states will be compatible with future versions of Citra, so you should always be saving normally in-game.
You can try checking the “InstallationLog.txt” located at %localappdata%\citra
. It should log all the actions performed when you update / install Citra. You can try scrolling back until you find the last version you had installed? Otherwise, you’ll have to download the builds manually from Github until you find the correct version.
Download the first version on October 30, do you know what is the version of that date?
Apparently there is a way to see which version of Citra was used to create a save state. Please follow the instructions here: How can I find the version of my save state? - #10 by space
