Attempting citra build on MacOS High Sierra*:
I can’t seem to complete the steps on the citra website to build citra for my mac
I have installed homebrew, then installed all the following scripts.
I just cant get to the stage where cmake finds the qt5 files to start generating make files and complete the process.
If it is possible on my machine
MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2013)
High Sierra 10.13.6
1.3 GHz Intel Core i5
4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB
In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
that would require me being able to build citra @bot, sorry.
Our compatibility with High Sierra broke a while ago (thanks apple). The last build that functioned correctly was Nightly 1587: Release nightly-1587: Common: remove a mod from AlignUp (#5441) · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Is it worth trying to install this build of nightly?
It’s the latest build that will reliably run on High Sierra. You decide whether that’s worth it or not lol.
