Audio crackling but when it's solved there's a speed/fps problem

Issue:
Ok so I wanted to install Citra on my new PC, and I started Inazuma Eleven 3, and I had a problem with the audio who was crackling even tho the game was running smoothly. I searched on the internet and put HLE (fast) to LLE (accurate).

When I restarted it, audio was no longer a problem and the game was running smoothly, so I closed the game. But now when I restart it, it starts to lag after 2 cinematics. And when I put the audio back to HLE (fast), the audio problems are back but the game is running smoothly again.

edit: I downloaded another game, and it doesn’t have that problem, the sound in HLE (fast) is not crackling or anything
