Best settings for my high end hardware?

(Hardware listed in attached image)
When loading Pokemon 3DS games (referring to the main series titles, of course) on default citra settings, I was experiencing severe stuttering and frame drops. I tweaked it a bit following some youtube guides, and came to the conclusion that CPU clock speed is the thing that helps my issue the most. My question, though, is there something I’m missing here? I feel like I should be getting way better performance considering my hardware. I have to use a CPU clock speed of about 200% to mostly eliminate the stuttering in Pokemon Ultra Moon, and I’m just not sure that’s what I should be doing. Any advice from a knowledgeable person is greatly appreciated.

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File

citra_log.txt (4.0 KB)

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.
