Big problem to play online

I’m trying to play online with my girlfriend and I can’t, we have created a room and I get this message, we both have the token configured correctly, Citra updated and a good internet connection, what can I do?

That’s not all since I have another problem, if we are in any other room, being able to play NSMB. 2 multiplayer, we can’t either since the game disconnects itself without us touching anything.

No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open citra again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen citra.

You will need to configure your router’s settings for port forwarding. You could avoid it by just using public rooms instead.
