Black Screen after load the game

Issue:
I’ve been experiencing crashes with Citra today. Initially, the game crashed during a battle, then the screen started freezing, and now it’s consistently crashing after loading the game. My notebook is quite basic, but I’ve never encountered this issue before.

  • CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i3-1005G1 CPU @ 1.20GHz 1.19 GHz
  • GPU: Intel (R) UHD Graphics
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Nightly 2035
  • Game: All

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open citra again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen citra.

My citra screen is going black wtt to do

I don’t see anything alarming in the log file. Please try out a portable build:

Go to Download Citra - Citra and select Manual download. Then under Nightly Build, click on your operating system’s icon to the right of the latest build available to download the build.
Extract it (.7z can be extracted using Winrar or 7zip) and put it wherever you wish. Inside the extracted nightly-mingw folder, create a folder called user. This Citra should now store all of its config, save files and such inside of this user folder.
Check to make sure that this user folder is in the same folder that contains citra-qt(.exe)
Now run the citra-qt executable found inside of the mingw folder and launch your game. If the issue persists, upload a log file using this portable build.
