Black Screen after loading into save game

Issue:
Enter a description of your issue here, in full detail.
When I try to play any of my pokemon games (XY and ORAS) the screen goes black after I manually click the CONTINUE option following the intro. The intro plays fine and i can still hear audio. Ive updated my Intel graphics card drivers using their tool Intel driver and support assistant. I had this issue a few days ago and fixed it by updating the drivers, this time however the drivers seem to be in date. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (log file attached)

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Support for Intel® Graphics
  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.
