Same issue, same macOS, same GPU. Fixed by going to View > Show Status Bar and suddenly the game showed after the status bar was hidden. Going back to View > Show Status Bar allows it to be shown without issue. Just seems to be a first time bug on macOS.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Downloads for Graphics
