Black Screen, No sound

Issue:
I am trying to play pokemon Ultra Moon and I already did everything (including the hardware thing) and NOTHING works. I’ve updated my drivers- and still the same thing, black screen, no sound, nothing.
btw, a year ago i was able to play it just fine in my computer.

It still didn’t work

Did you also delete the config file as mentioned in the FAQ?

I just did, and, again, it still has the same black screen.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

Looks like the rom is still corrupted etc. Address the things the bot pointed out then try again.

i tried uninstalling the config file, but everytime i try to open the game, the config file apeears again. Not only that, but it still doens’t work, same black screen and no sound.
And I’m not sure how to adress them, since all the info that i get that explain how to take care of those, say basically for me to delete the same config file.

The config file will return but shouldn’t become corrupted anymore.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

The bot still says your rom is corrupted, that is why you have problems. Follow the guides carefully and have at least 4GB free space on your Nintendo 3DS’s SD card before you redump.
