Issue:
Whenever I try to boot any rom it just goes to a black screen, it reads 100% speed but 0 FPS and I have no clue what to do.

No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open citra again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen citra.

This driver is out of date. To update, download and install gfx_win_101.3790_101.2114.exe from Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers

Additionally, please go to Emulation>Configuration>General and select Reset All Settings. Now try your game again. If the same issue remains, upload a new log file.
