now i can hear the game, move and even battle in pokemon (all of my pokemon games) but the black screen retunred out of no where

Seems like Windows decided to revert your GPU driver to the old one. It does that sometimes.
Update to the latest GPU driver again:
Download and install gfx_win_101.2121.exe from Intel® 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows

The driver to choose is the Intel Display driver in the list.
