It seems you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading citra_log.txt which would clear the log. If you still have the folder open in the background then upload citra_log.txt.old.txt instead. Otherwise, redo the steps to get a new log and make sure you have seen the issue in-game before closing Citra.
Do you remember what you did prior to it being corrupted? I haven’t seen a save file spontaneously become corrupt. Cheats or save editing may corrupt save files so be careful if you use them. I don’t think you will be able to repair the save file.

I use a cheat that keeps 3d off. And I had played around 12ish yesterday and closed it. Reopened at about 3ish and i was greeted with a black screen and when i finally got it working again my save was corrupted.

You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.
