Black Screen When Running Pokemon Mystery Dungeon

Issue:
Every time I start up mystery dungeon (both super and gates to infinity), the screen stays black the entire time. Sound and controls still work, just can’t see anything.

This occurs when hardware shader is both enabled and disabled. Both Intel and Lenovo websites say that my driver is up to date, I couldn’t install any new ones from them.

  • CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2501 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

  • GPU: Intel® HD Graphics 4000

  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Nightly 1311 (?)

  • Game: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity

These drivers are very old(from 2013).

Download win64_15.33.48.5069.zip from : https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28799/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=65708
