Since it’s claiming that this is up to date (it’s not), you’re probably on proprietary drivers. We can get around that though by manually installing a legacy driver first, and then update to the latest driver available:

Download win64_25.20.100.6373.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28289/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10
Mirror download: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/28289/a08/win64_25.20.100.6373.zip

Then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Now you should be able to install the latest DCH drivers directly:
Download and install gfx_win_101.3790_101.2114.exe from Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers
Mirror download: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/751359/gfx_win_101.3790_101.2114.exe

Additionally, re-enable Hardware Shaders in Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab.

Bro thank you so much you dont understand i was losing my mind trying to make this work your a lifesaver

You’re most welcome. Sadly, updating your drivers on OEM systems can be a bit of a massive pain unless you know exactly what the problem is. Thankfully, we deal with it a lot here (or sadly, we’re forced to lol).

Let me know if after a restart the issue returns again. Windows has a tendency to sometimes revert the driver after an installation and a restart. There are ways to deal with that as well, so be sure to let us know if you encounter this!

lmao alr ill make sure to let yk if it happens again thanks again bro i really appreciate

yo its happening again after i press continue my save game it just turns black

it also started doing this after it said i have a update for my driver and when i updated it, it started doing this

You were already on the latest driver, so it “updated” you to an older driver. Welcome to Windows.

In any case, update to the latest driver again using the instructions I gave you earlier in this topic. Then, use this tool to disallow Windows from automatically “updating” the Intel graphics driver: https://web.archive.org/web/20190208013517/https:/download.microsoft.com/download/f/2/2/f22d5fdb-59cd-4275-8c95-1be17bf70b21/wushowhide.diagcab
