Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Have you tried streaming your screen instead of citra itself? Whilst I haven’t encountered this issue myself, when I ran into this issue with some steam games, discord wouldn’t stream the game itself (black screen), but it did stream my entire screen (game included).
Yeah just updated my GPU driver but still the same issue.
And yes it works when I try to stream my whole screen, although it’s kind of troublesome always streaming all of the screen.

Just tried the new 3ds mode and some things and is still there

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Ignore the bot, it’s dump when it comes to old GPU’s sometimes. Regardless, not sure how to solve your problem. Mainly because I don’t know whether the issue is from discord or citra. So I’m afraid you’ll have to use the ‘‘stream whole screen’’ option to stream citra for now unfortunately.
