Bravely Default: Special Move Text Edit freeze

Basically, one cannot modify any text in Bravely Default’s special move editor, though the moves themselves may be customized freely. The game enters a strange state of locking up where music will play, but the framerate drops, and effectively freezes.

EDIT: While the window’s FPS meter says 20, this is about the point where the game effectively locks.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • You are using open source system files for Mii data. This will appear as your Mii having broken graphics, but will not affect the stability of the game.
