Bravely Default/Stella Glow

Issue:
Both games will only be on the launching bar. Stella Glow never had issues, but Bravely would freeze once in a while, but now both games will just stay at the launching bar.
The log is when I opened Stella Glow

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.
  • You have GDB debugging enabled. This will cause Citra not to launch games. This is only intended for debugging purposes and should be disabled in settings.

I did open them to disable the cheats, and I even re-started my computer. It’s just not working.

The bot also said something about an option you have enabled that would cause citra to literally not launch games. Maybe you should focus on that instead of the cheats? xD

Go to emulation>configuration>general>debug>disable Enable GDB Stub.
Also, you need to restart citra after disabling cheats for them to become completely disabled.

I accidentally did that not knowing what it was, but now when I try to get rid of it, Citra won’t respond and it crashes so I can’t un-enable it…

Do you mean, when you select GDB Stub to disable it, citra crashes?

Yes. But I tried again and this time I was fast enough before it became unresponsive. So far the issue is gone… Thanks for your help and patience! I’m not so good with things like this.
