Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

You already made a topic about it here: https://community.citra-emu.org/t/my-citra-is-showing-broken-graphics-and-words-for-games/219727/ and got an answer.

Once you own the game and dumped your copy on a hacked Nintendo 3DS we will be able to help you.

I have a 3ds with some games that i want to play but the screen is broken and i lost the charger, how can i use my cartridges?

In that case you will need to make friends with someone where you live and they can dump your copies for you or buy a new 2DS or 3DS. The regular 2DS would be the cheapest option.
