Bug when using citra: deconfiguring the keyboard and the mouse!

Issue:
Excuse me, I would like to inform you that my emulator has been causing certain difficulties that I cannot decipher what the problem is.
What has been happening is that whenever I open it, the keyboard and mouse have been suffering misadjustments. Switching keys, like CAPSLOCK that is inverted.
And the mouse after performing the procedure of selecting with a button does not work.
It is interesting that this only happens when I use the emulator and not one other software does this.
I already installed it and put it in another folder and nothing…
I don’t necessarily need to be playing a game. Just opening it up is already difficult. Including while using the opera browser.
