Yes. You are able to dump your system archives and games from your Nintendo 3DS and use them in Citra.

No, it’s not yet possible to emulate Virtual Console games. They have their own emulators, so it’s not very high on the priority list of most developers, afaik.

Ah, yes, then I misunderstood. I took those words literally, in that it is a virtual console.

@The_Truth, no it cannot play Virtual Console games.

Ok, turns out, VC games except GBA games (& probably SNES games) do work. Only they were recently broken by a feature test. My bad, sorry.
