Can I transfer bravely default citra save data to my 3DS?

So after playing bravely default on citra, it made me want to see if I can transfer the data to my actual 3DS since I own the game on there. But after digging through the files I found that the save data for bravely default in the 3DS is a single file, while citra breaks it into multiple files, some I assume are shared on all files, and three for the villiage, adventure, and one that I am not sure of, that being the members file. Any ideas on how to get my 3DS to read these files. For Context I have yet to homebrew my 3DS but plan to soon. Any information will help.

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File

You can, look into Checkpoint. Release Checkpoint 3.8.0 · BernardoGiordano/Checkpoint · GitHub

That’s a component of homebrewing right? would it change the internal files?

Not on its own, it’s just an app.
But you need to have a homebrewed 3ds to get the game anyway.
