Can my pc play Pokemon sword and shield on my pc

I tryed to play Pokemon sword and shield, and pokemon legends arceus
none of them crashed but i get very low fps
PC Specs
Processor- Intel(R) Core™ i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
Installed Ram- 4.00 GB (3.87 GB usable)
also i have an ssd drive

but yuzu works perfectly on my pc with no crashes only issue i get is low fps like 15-17 fps, should i still upgrade my laptop?

Yes you should. Modern emu expects a lot out of your hardware.
