Can’t use the pause/continue hotkey while playing

Issue
The pause/continue hotkey doesn’t work while playing. I have to switch focus to the other Citra window to pause. Is there any way to fix this?

  • GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Nightly 1584

Sounds like you have Single Window unchecked. I think any application e.g Notepad wouldn’t allow shortcuts when the window that they are tied to is not focused.
