Cannot moderate dedicated server

Issue:
I’ve setup a dedicated server through the citra-room.exe properly (to know knowledge) and the server works completely fine, but while doing this I’m not able to sign in through the emulator to moderate the chat. I’m guessing its a token duplication error as I’m hosting the server through the same token, but I have no way of working around this. Sometimes I’m able to login, then it just disconnects me. I’ve checked for other topics relating to this and there are no answers.
