Can't boot to home menu. "Invalid ROM Format"

Issue:
When I attempt to open the home menu, (New USA version), I get an error popup saying, “Invalid ROM Format”. I have reinstalled the system files and triple checked my keys are accurate.

Delete Citra’s nand folder (File>Open Citra Folder), restart Citra, and then redownload the system files. See if that fixes the issue.

I’m also having the same problem as him, I’ve uninstalled the nand many times and Ive crosschecked everything else and its still showing me that error

You don’t have all the required AES keys for the home menu, please redump them using our updated dumper found in the guide: AES Keys - Citra
