Can't connect multiplayer

Issue:
I can’t connect multiplayer. Yesterday, i can connect. But, now i can’t connect multiplayer. How can i fix that? Please help

Try to turn off your firewall, and execute citra as admin

I tried it, but I still can’t

Close citra, open the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\citra\config and delete or move the qt-config.ini file, open citra, input your username and token, verify it to check if it is working, re-open citra and try to connect to multiplayer again.
