Can't Create a Multiplayer Room

Issue:
Everytime i try to create a room to play multiplayer it appears the common error “Fail to host a public room” asking for a valid account, but i verified my username and token. What else do i need to do?
PS: I already found other topics about this issue, but every resolution is the same “Verify your username and token”
PS2: can’t upload the Log cuz is 8 MB for some reason.

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

Try running citra as admin, also add an exception for citra-qt and citra-room on your antivirus, including windows defender.

But now i new problem raise:

Did your port forward citra on your router/modem? the default port is 24872.
