Can't find user directory on Mac

Issue:
Hi, just got Citra but having some issues. I got the nand file from my 3ds but don’t know where to put it. I’m aware that it needs to go to the user directory but when I try and reach it it’s not there even though the shared folder and the citra-emu folder is there. Only thing I see is a folder called log.

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

also “citra-emu” is located in the “share” folder.

Check out the User-Directory Wiki.

I did. But i go to the place where the wiki directs me to and the folder is not there.

Does pasting your nand folder on ~/.local/share/citra-emu/ works?

Ok, I pasted it in. Sorry but I don’t really know how to use Citra with nand. I know that usually you have a .3dsx file that you can run with Citra but I have no clue what to do with a nand folder.

it should be on ~/.local/share/citra-emu/

But how do I make it so Citra recognises as a game?

Either open your ROM via File > Load File… or double click on the UI on ‘Add New Game Directory’ and point to the folder where your ROM is located.
