Can't get the token

Issue:
I want to host a public room in Citra and therefore followed the instruction, but when I click on the https://profile.citra-emu.org/ ,it just show “Error. There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.” How can I solve it?

We had a server hiccup. Please try logging out of the forums, logging back then, then try to visit https://profile.citra-emu.org
