Can't install Citra, and I don't know what to do

So whenever I install citra I get this message: “Cannot open ** file for writing. Access is denied.”

I heard that I need to download a log, but in order to do that I need some sort of citra file in my “appdata” file which I do not have.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • CPU: Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz
  • GPU: Intel ® G33/G31 Express Chipset family (Microsoft corporation - Wddm 1.0)
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): citra-setup-windows.exe (the latest one)

Sounds like you are not logged into an administrator account on your computer.

However your computer is too old for Citra. That GPU doesn’t support OpenGL 3.3

and how to do you log in to an administrator account?

I can’t. Haven’t you read the post? It says I cannot get the log

Check what account type you are logged into right now by going to Start -> Settings -> Accounts and it should say there.
