In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File

Please upload the log file, not the log text. Additionally:

The log file is incomplete. Please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Restart the Citra app if it’s already running.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem.
  3. Shut down the Citra app (do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log file of important information!).
  4. Navigate to Internal Storage/citra-emu/log and upload the citra_log.txt file in this chat.

Ah, you have 2 main issues:

  • Your ROM is corrupted.
  • You’re using the new Samsung S22 Ultra, which has an AMD GPU inside of it without an actual OpenGL 3.2 ES implementation. Citra requires OpenGL 3.2 ES in order to run. Your phone tries to translate those OpenGL calls into Vulkan instead, which works fine for normal programs, but not for things like emulators that use OpenGL in unorthodox ways.

Even if you were to redump your game, it wouldn’t run on your phone.
